Item Description
14x20-5/8" EC Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for page 28 of Weird Science #18, published by EC March-April 1953. Art is by Joe Orlando (1927-1998), a writer and comic artist w/a lengthy career spanning six decades. Art is from Disassembled story by Bill Gaines and Al Feldstein and features six panels of art and shows man discovering and entering crashed UFO. Top margin has some editorial blue pencil marks and page number at upper right corner. Top left has faint face sketch which is only really noticeable upon close inspection. Bottom left has stamped title and back has EC copyright inkstamp. Art remains clean and Exc.
