5x5.25" artboard features nicely detailed pencil original art by legendary comic artist and cartoonist Jack Davis (1924-2016), know for his long, widespread career and his work on MAD magazine. Art is for Topps' Slob Sticker #19, Hot-Head Howie (also released as Hot-Head Frank) and was created in 1966. Penciled "19" sticker card number at lower left. Art is Exc. Comes with Topps Vault COA.
