11x17" DC Comics artboard has pencil original art by Ed Hannigan w/inks by John Beatty w/screentone accents for Batman: Legend Of The Dark Knight #5, published by DC Comics March 1990. Page features six panels, showing Commissioner Gordon talking w/police officer and an unmasked Batman in the Batcave, discussing case w/Alfred Pennyworth. Story page 17. Commissioner Gordon appears in first two panels; Batman appears in last three panels; Alfred appears in two panels. All word balloons have been hand-lettered. Top margin has inked "Dark Knight" title abbreviation and issue/page numbers. Bottom margin has been signed in black ink by Hannigan and Beatty. Left/right margins have some handwritten coloring notations. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Screentone accents are evenly aged. Artboard shows lt. edge/corner tip wear w/some lt. margin dust soiling, but o/w art remains clean and Exc. Lawrence Klein Collection.

We ship in the order paid—first in, first out. Thus, we begin charging orders as instructed by customers immediately following the close of the auction and continue to fill orders as they are paid.
