4x8x4.75" tall. Tin litho. c. 1930s. "Sandy" appears on both sides of dog collar. One professionally-replaced ear. Rolling mechanism is activated by pressing tail down. Tiny paint rub on right cheek. Light surface dust/aging. Works. Fine.
