Next are three 3.75x5.75" member order forms for: 1937 Secret Message Ring/1938 Triple Mystery Ring/1939 Code Captain Badge. Pencil notations on upper left corner of each, o/w Exc. Last is 6.25x9" mailing envelope with return address "Radio's Little Orphan Annie." VG.
