Item Description
10x16" artboard has unused cover art for a Gemstone Donald Duck comic featuring Donald Duck. Pen and ink art was created by Disney artist Patrick Block c. 2005 and features full body image of Donald Duck ripping paper of cover to reveal "interior" art of The Duck Avenger, aka Paperinik, Donald Duck's superhero alter ego. The Duck Avenger can be seen as being between fake cover and "interior" art and again on one panel behind him. This cover art was ultimately not used. Exc. Great art for both Disney and superhero comic art collectors alike.
