9.5x12" sheet of animation paper has nicely detailed bkg. layout in pencil, showing back of house w/underwear drying on washline, picket fence w/flower, tree and road going over hill into horizon. For use in 1928 Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoon "Neck 'N' Neck," now a lost cartoon. Text at bottom center notes this was for use in "Scene 10." Lower right has blue pencil checkmark. Sheet has vertical crease at center, scattered handling wear and lt. aging. Art remains VF overall. In our last auction, a similar bkg. for lost Oswald cartoon "Ride 'Em Plowboy" sold for $1,200. Rare and historic.
