See other Fredericks art in this auction. Thin art boards are 4x14” w/ ©1983 King Features Syndicate stickers. Dates are 2-5, 4-6, 7-8, 8-13, 11-4. Mandrake is in 11 of 14 panels, Lothar is in seven. Storylines include both in Dr. Fleur’s cell, gesturing hypnotically spelling out “Youandyou” w/rope, investigating dock crime scene, getting ready to go on cruise aboard “Hoodoo”, using telepathy to talk to Lothar. All are signed in ink “Fred Fredericks”. All are clean and Exc. Fredericks has drawn the “Mandrake The Magician” comic strip for over 40 years, did “The Phantom” Sunday comic strip for five years, and inked many comic books.
