12.75x16.75” overall frame with glass and mat holding 10.25x13.5” certificate with color scene depicting “Birth Of Our Nation’s Flag” and oval scenes of her house on Arch St. Philadelphia and her grave in Mount Moriah Cemetery. Contributor's name John J. Albright and town of Shartlesville, Pa. are entered in ink. These were given to those who contributed to purchase and preserve the historic house. Certificate No. F31737 Issue 1899. Essentially Mint.
