Large and impressive 25x38" spiral-bound publicity book w/cardboard covers and glossy pages for Oct. 1993 campaign to publicize "The Nightmare Before Christmas." Book is loaded w/great imagery from the film and includes character pages for Jack Skellington w/his ghost dog Zero, the Mayor, "Sandy Claws" w/Lock, Shock and Barrel, Oogie Boogie, Sally w/Dr. Finklestein and finally Jack as Santa Claus. Book also includes a summation of the film's story and shows the holiday forest and Jack's Christmas calculations. Majority of pages are double-sided, one noting partnership w/Burger King franchise and national watch promotion (see following item #2227). Other promotional materials listed include - trailers, movie posters, standees, radio spots and promotion kit including mini posters, buttons and window art. Book was used to help pitch the movie to advertisers. Covers shows corner tip wear w/creases and are Fine overall. Pages remain clean and VF. This is one of the most amazing Nightmare Before Christmas items, so rare that many of the most advanced collectors do not even know of its existence as it was extremely limited.
