c. 1940. 10x12” sheet of animation paper has well centered 8.25” tall brown pencil drawing in brown pencil of full figure barefoot girl in dress w/hair bow in green pencil. Boldly signed at bottom “Fred Moore” in green pencil. Margins have lt. creasing, image and signature areas Exc. Moore began w/Disney in 1930 and worked on most of the animated features from “Snow White” to “Peter Pan”. He’s credited w/updating Mickey’s appearance in the late 1930s. Nice example of Moore’s pencil work, which is seldom seen signed.
