Thin art board has 5x16-3/8” india ink image area w/four panels for March 22. First three panels have Sam and female friend in cemetery w/Sam concerned about anchor-like hook he’s found. Fourth panel has crime victim lying in hospital bed w/letter “B” on head as Tracy ponders villains names “The Brain? Brawn? Buster? Butch? What Does That ‘B’ Stand For?” Art is signed in ink by creator “Chester Gould” in panel four, complete w/Chicago Tribune copyright sticker in panel three. Bit of lead pencil underdrawing as done by the artist, otherwise Exc. Nice example w/main characters.
