Item Description
Four of these are 1.25" and the smaller is 1". There are no makers names nor back papers. The third and fifth are Australian issue. In order we have outstanding real photo portrait of George V. This has a thin brass rim edge and reverse is fully in brass with a hinged bar pin. Exceptionally well made and a crystal clear portrait. Next is 1.25" with young photo of Edward VIII who abdicated. Third from 1937 Australia reads "Gympie City Band Coronation Appeal/May 1937/Queen Elizabeth/King George VI." Small speck near top was dirt now removed. Fourth is 1.25" showing George VI and Queen Elizabeth holding young baby, the future Queen Elizabeth II. Couple of pinpoints of age on top edge but very minor. Last is 1.25" with narrow metal edge around the celluloid. Outstanding bw portrait of her with text in gold "Coronation Of Elizabeth II June 1953." An outstanding group of rare buttons with most displaying Mint.
