Early 1930s. 10” tall velvet with stuffed head that has felt ears, oilcloth eyes and string whiskers. Has both mother-of-pearl pants buttons. No Steiff button or tag but choice condition o/w with just typical st. aging noticeable to the white face. However, all color remains deep, rich and strong.
