2.25x3x.75” deep box that held premium watch offered by Buster Brown Shoes. c. 1912. Box lid has images of “Buster Brown Blue Ribbon Shoes” for boys and girls though no image of Buster or Tige appears on box. Manufactured exclusively for The Brown Shoe Co. Inside lid has directions. Pocket watch had full body image of Buster Brown and Tige with “Buster Brown Blue Ribbon Shoes” text wrapped around dial. Box has moderate aging but remains structurally sound and Fine. Scarce.
