Lot of four items from 1942. First is 12.5x19" glossy paper promotional sheet for dealers for the Dumbo campaign by Diamond D-X service stations/Mid-Continent Petroleum Corp. Extremely rare advertising material is pictured including a giant 28x63" Die-cut Dumbo banner, multi-piece pennant display and 3 different poster designs. All items are thorougly detailed. Light margin wear with vertical fold at center. VF. Second item is 10.5x15" full page newspaper advertisement for the premium Dumbo comics that were issued at service stations. Sheet lightly aged. VF. Third is 9.75x11" linen-like binder folder designed to hold the premium comic issues. Nice Dumbo art on front and back. All-over lightly aged, scattered handling wear. Fine. Final item is 9.5x12" die-cut stiff paper mask. Dumbo is depicted wearing headdress marked "D-X." One very minor corner bend, still displays clean and Exc. Both the promo sheet and mask are rare, mask alone books for $300+. A nice group.
