Item Description
Lot of five. First is 6.75x10" "Standard Oil Bulletin April 1939" publication for stockholders, employees and patrons. Superb cover art of a young boy wearing service station attendant's cap holding his Mickey Mouse doll who also wears an attendant's cap. Inside front and back covers are Disney ads/information for Travel Tykes. Scattered wear along spine with a 3" split along bottom edge. Cover Fine, contents VF. Second item is 12x17" newspaper ad proof from 1940. Features Mickey, Minnie and Donald in automobiles along with information and images of "Art Prints Of The Scenic West." These prints were issued by Standard Oil. Slight trim to top/bottom margins. Light aging and trace of wear to original fold including a .25" tear. Clean, Fine. Final 3 items are 2.25x3" die-cut stickers with unused stiff fabric backing. c. 1940. These are Donald Duck, Pinocchio and Jiminy Cricket each with text relating to that character along with "Sunoco Oil." Jiminy shows some discoloration caused by the adhesive reverse, Fine. Other two are lightly aged but VF.
