Item Description
9x12" on glossy paper w/eight pages. Issued by distributor of shorts "M. J. Winkler." Inside front cover features Felix w/two different images plus a list of theaters showing Felix Comedies. The next page is dedicated to "Alice Comedies" w/text including "At Last! A Distinct Novelty/Introducing Little Virginia Davis In A Series Of Twelve One Reel Comedies." The ad includes a list of the first seven titles and has two different photos of Davis. This may be the first promotional ad for the Alice Comedies. Center two pages are dedicated to 'Reg'lar Kids." Other shorts featured are "Memories A Series Of Screen Classics/Burton Holmes Snapshots Of Travel." This folder had extremely limited distribution and was sent only to movie theater owners. Entire folder has small piece missing from both the bottom left and top right corner tips but not affecting contents. Has a pair of horizontal fold lines, apparently as issued. Moderate scattered cover aging, additional wear including some lt. creases, dust soiling on two back cover corner areas. Contents remain clean. Overall about VG. First we've seen.
