Item Description
11.5x16.5" DC Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for page 7 of Green Lantern Vol . 3 #64, published by DC in July 1995. Page is from the Parallax View storyline, dealing w/the fallout from the corruption of former Green Lantern Hal Jordan. In this issue the Justice League of America joins new Green Lantern Kyle Rayner in battle against Parallax, trying to reason w/the former hero. Art is by Darryl Banks, the artist most associated w/the early adventures of Kyle Rayner. Art has been inked by Romeo Tanghal and Mike DeCarlo and features four panels, showing Aquaman tackling Parallax from behind as Green Arrow (Connor Hawke) looks on. Parallax catches Aquaman in a net construct, smashing him to the ground in last panel. Work balloons are pasted stats. Top margin has stamped title and inked issue/page numbers and has been signed in black felt tip pen by Banks. Back has DC copyright inkstamp. Exc.
