Item Description
Donald's Penguin is a Donald Duck animated short by Walt Disney Productions and was directed by Jack King. The story was written by Carl Barks and it was originally released on May 16, 1939 by RKO Radio Pictures. Offered here is 12-1/8x14-5/8" ornate frame containing original animation cel that has been matted to 4.5x7.5". Cel features charming full body image of Donald Duck laying on his back laughing as penguin jumps on his belly. Some small spots of paint flaking to Donald's sleeve, but o/w displays Exc. Animation cels from the popular short don't come to auction often, especially one of this quality. Ready for display as professionally matted and framed.
