Item Description
8x10"custom metal and wood frame has 3.5x5.5" opening revealing pencil original art sketch of Golden Age Batman and Robin w/pencil inscription reading "Best Of Luck To Dottie. From Batman" w/Bob Kane's signature at lower right. Based on information from Dan Makara, this art was signed to Bob Kane's Long Island neighbor in the early 1940s. Art is further enhanced by great frame created by artist Dan Makara, utilizing four Golden Age comic book panels, three of which show Batman, one w/Robin. These have aged somewhat and display is VF overall. Art remains clean and Exc. Dan Makara Collection.
