Item Description
George Wachsteter (1911-2004) was an illustrator and caricaturist who drew extensively from 1937 to 1967 for the "New York Times, New York Herald, New York Journal American, New York World-Telegram" and for NBC, ABC and CBS radio/TV networks. Next to Al Hirschfeld, he was one of the most visible American theatrical caricaturists working during the 1940s and 1950s. Comes w/large 12x17" blank back cover proof and detailed color guide. Exceptional and unique art.
