Item Description
22.5x26.5" high quality lithograph showcasing "Annunciation" artwork by Mati Klarwein that was later used as the cover art for Carlos Santana's 1969 album "Abraxas." Art features nude angel straddling drum appearing to nude African woman who sits before feast. Art is ©1962 Mati Klarwein, but issued in 1990 as part of an edition of 9,800, and this is one of the few examples hand-signed by Carlos Santana in black felt tip pen at lower left corner, adding "To Bruce" inscription. Trace wear along left margin and lower left corner, but o/w VF/Exc. and would make for nice framed display. Comes with Hake's COA and Roger Epperson/REAL LOA.
