Item Description
6-3/8x25-7/8" artboard w/pen and ink original art by "Red Ryder" creator Fred Harman. Art is for Dec. 31, 1940 and features three panels, w/Red Ryder, Little Beaver and Professor Adams trailing Juke and Banks through canyon on horseback. Both Red Ryder and Little Beaver are clearly shown in first panel and are seen as tiny outlines in following panels. Last panel has NEA Service, Inc. copyright strip. Artboard has penciled "Plenty Of Time" title at top and blue pencil date at upper right margin. First panel has text correction paste-over. Back has inkstamp w/penciled publication information. Artboard has some scattered margin aging and has vertical fold at center w/moderate aging at bottom. Darker aging on back. Fine overall while art is VF.
