Item Description
15x39.75" glossy thin paper poster can be dated to 1932-1933 via two qualities. Bottom margin has "United Artists Picture" notice, and United Artist first distributed Mickey Mouse cartoons in 1932. The name of United Artist President Joseph M. Schenk appears to left of Mickey image; Schenk left United Artists in 1933 to form Twentieth Century Pictures. Poster features wonderful full body image of Mickey gesturing to blank marquee top and poster features elaborate text fonts. Bottom has square for placement of lobby card/still or additional showing information. This area is unused. Three horizontal fold lines as issued, poster has some scattered handling wear and is VF overall.
