Item Description
11.25x17" DC Comics artboard has pen and ink original art for the cover to "The Demon" Vol. 3 #15, published by DC in Sept. 1991. Art was created by Val Semeiks, a comic book artist who has mostly worked for Marvel Comics and DC, on both "Lobo" and "The Demon" titles. Art depicts battle between Etrigan The Demon and Lobo, w/Etrigan knocking Lobo off his Spacehog, as they both plummet towards nuclear explosion. Top margin has handwritten title, issue number and publication month. Margins have some scattered editorial notations, including note along left about nuclear explosion's coloring. Semeiks has signed art at lower right. Artboard has some lt. handling wear/dust soiling, but art remains clean and Exc.
