Item Description
Pair of vellum sheets attached to artboard, each w/mixed media original art for proposed Fleer Dubble Bubble gum premiums, 1950s. 9.25x12" has design for bag of 20 pieces of gum and "Action Circus Toy" premium package insert. Top is applied label while all else is original art. Sheet has some scattered aging/dust soiling and label shows some scattered aging. Wear along left margin but art remains VF. 14-1/8x15" has overview of full premium line along w/"Fleer Dubble Bubble Circus" tent that would have been mail-away bonus. Circus animals and wagons are shown, along w/clowns, ringmaster and sideshow performers as well as clown mask and gun. Some lt. dust soiling to sheet but art remains Exc. Both sheets have "A Creation Of Sam Gold - Premium King" foil crown sticker at bottom left. Unique. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold and comes with LOA.
