Item Description
6.5x22-1/8" thin artboard w/India ink original art (w/screentone accents) by Alden McWilliams. Art is from April 10, 1958 sci-fi daily strip about Earth's twin planet, Terra. Art features three panels, showing Chris Cannon leading a hypnotized Professor Vitello out into a field, w/spotlights in the skies. Third panel shows two Russian jets zooming overhead. Text block in first panel is paste-over. McWilliams has signed first panel. Third panel has United Features Syndicate copyright strip. Vertical crease at center w/some dust soiling. Fine overall w/VF/Exc. art. Great Cold War content.
