1991 Hasbro. Headman test shot figure, sealed in bag. Figure is molded in black w/flesh head, white hat/hair, two green guns and clear missile firing gun w/three missiles. NM as produced with wear to bag w/a tear on front but still fully sealed. Bag has #427601-00 printed on front with "Made In China". A great figure produced in the creative process before release to market.
