c. 1991 Hasbro. Art pair of "Headman" for "Drug Elimination Force" figure concept. 12.5x16" board with mounted layout bond and pencil concept. Next is 16x20" art board with inked original artwork with amazing detail. Created by artist Kurt Groen, noted Hasbro artist. Used to promote character for production. Figure is done in a style familiar to the Marvel character, The Punisher w/details including skull on chest, pistol w/silencer, grenades and drug paraphernalia. Lt. handling wear but displays Exc.
