Item Description
8.5x11.25" hardcover, part of the "MagicImage Filmbooks - Universal Filmscripts Series." This is "Classic Horror Films - Volume 12" featuring the original 1941 shooting script for "The Wolf Man." One of just 100 published and ©1993 MagicImage Productions, Inc. Tipped-in page at front of book has been hand-numbered "36." Book features the film's shooting script as well as a full pressbook reprint along w/numerous photos of Lon Chaney Jr. and the rest of the cast, sheet music for the film and a foreword by the film's female lead Evelyn Ankers. Additionally, tipped-in sheet has been signed by author Gregory Mank, contributor George Turner, publisher Michael D. Stein and author/editor Philip J. Riley in black ink while "The Wolf Man" writer Curt Siodmak, composer Hans Salter and co-star Ralph Bellamy in black felt tip pen. There is some aging to paper around Salter and Bellamy's signatures, but all remain distinct. Left margin has slight aging from glue used to attached sheet. Book is o/w Exc. The definitive book on this classic Universal Monster film.
