Item Description
27x41" one-sheet for the 1953 re-release of the 1944 Republic serial that has been retitled "Return Of Captain America.". This poster is not chapter-specific and features image of Dick Purcell as Captain America at top as well as image of him punching villain and actress Lorna Gray tied to chair. Poster has been folded as issued and has pin holes at corners w/strips of aged tape at top/bottom center margins. Margins and fold crease intersections show some scattered wear w/archival tape repairs to small tears at fold crease intersections. 7/8" tear at lower right. If matted and framed, poster would display VF.
