Item Description
1940s pair. Figural cast metal lamp is 7" tall (8.75" to top of socket) and features image of seated elephant w/front feet on baseball, another balanced on his head. Even aged patina, but lamp works and is o/w Exc. Rare. Comes w/4.5" tall tin litho bank in the shape of a baseball. J. Chein. c. 1950. Gasoline station premium w/"Compliments Of Your Atlantic-Dealer - Philadelphia Athletics" text and image of elephant. Ball also features facsimile signature of Connie Mack. Slight fade to red printed stitching and scattered aging/wear. Complete w/trap though underside has a number of scratches. Fine. Scarce.
