Item Description
Lot of three 8-7/8x11" slightly glossy stiff paper picture features choice art of Li'l Abner by Al Capp, Broncho Bill by O'Neill and The Captain and The Kids by Rudolph Dirks. Bottom margins have text noting that they are part of "Tip Top Comics Gift Picture" series. These and Tarzan picture (see item #2092) complete a series of four premium pictures that were obtained w/two "Tip Top Comics" coupons and 10¢. ©1937 By United Features Syndicate Inc. Abner picture has just lt. wear and is VF/Exc. Other two picture have moderate margin wear/aging and are Fine overall. Comes w/copy of original comic book ad. Rare.
