Item Description
Oversized 10-1/8x13.25" comic book, a "Limited Collector's Golden Mint Series" published by DC Comics in 1979. This is Vol. 8, No. C-61. A reprint of "Superman" #1 (June 1939), this edition was signed in blue felt tip pen by Superman co-creator Joe Shuster (1914-1992) on first page, itself a reprint of the famous comic book cover. Signed in-person, Shuster has inscribed it "To Charlie - Best Wishes Always." Inscription/signature is Exc. Issue has some handling wear w/minor pinch creases to spine. VF.
