8.25x11-5/8" letter on unlined "Compagnie De Mime - Marcel Marceau" letterhead (w/art image of Marceau's Bip the Clown persona) is dated May 6, 1984 and mentions San Francisco. Addressed to H.A. Shore, letter thanks recipient for letter and mentions enclosed signed photo. Letter continues on back, where Marceau has boldly signed his name. Letter has even lt. aging and two horizontal folds as mailed. Minor handling wear. VF/Exc. Comes w/5x7" photo showing legendary mime Marceau (1923-2007) as Bip and photo has been inscribed in black felt tip pen "To H.A. Shore - With All My Heart - Bip - Marcel Marceau - 84" w/Marceau adding sketch of flower. Photo has some handling wear. VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COAs.
