Page is from Peter David's "All My Sins Remembered" story (part of the "Death Of Jean DeWolff" arc) and features nine panels, showing Spider-Man (in symbiote suit) and Daredevil disagreeing over saving Stanley Carter (who became Sin-Eater) from vigilante mob. Page 30. Spider-Man appears in five panels; Daredevil appears in four panels. All other word balloons pasted stats. Top margin has inked title and issue/page numbers. Bottom margin has been signed at right in black ink by Breeding. Back has Marvel Comics copyright inkstamp and inked Breeding credit.
