Image was featured in The Art of Mark Martin exhibit held at the Storefront Artist Project in Pittsfield, MA in 2010 and was published in a SpongeBob SquarePants book as well. Images in this series are homages to classic art masterpieces, this piece features SpongeBob as Sandro Boticelli's "The Birth Of Venus." Martin is known for working in children's comics, often for Nickelodeon Magazine, while producing other work for his website.
