11x16.5" artboard has pencil original art by Keith Giffen (1952-2023) w/inks by Joe Staton for Heroes Against Hunger #1, an all-star benefit comic book for African famine relief and recovery published by DC Comics Aug. 1986. Plot by Jim Starlin, co-plot by Bernie Wrightson. Page 9 is from Mike W. Barr's "A Song Of Pain And Sorrow!" (Pages 8 and 9) storyline and features eight panels, showing Batman and Superman in all. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top margin has inked "HAH" title abbreviation and issue/page numbers. Signed in right margin by Giffen and Staton. Lt. handling wear, but o/w art remains clean and Exc. Comes w/multi-signed reading copy of the comic this art was produced for, signed throughout by Jack Kirby (twice), Neal Adams, Dave Gibbons, Joe Kubert, Gray Morrow, Bernie Wrightson, Michael William Kaluta, Walt Simonson, Dick Giordano and many more. We ship in the order paid—first in, first out. Thus, we begin charging orders as instructed by customers immediately following the close of the auction and continue to fill orders as they are paid.

Doing so after the close of the auction may result in a package not being delivered to the correct address. It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure their mailing and shipping address is updated. Without exception, all special requests for “Rush Delivery” will incur a charge of $50.00 plus any additional shipping fee associated with the expedited shipment.
