Barr and Marv Wolfman's "Psimon Says..." Batman And The Outsiders and New Teen Titans crossover story and features large central splash panel showing members of The Outsiders (Batman, Halo and Geo-Force), The New Teen Titans (Robin, Cyborg, Raven and Terra) and Dr. Jace sinking to their doom after the explosive finale New Teen Titans #37. Story page 1. Left margin has original art portraits of members of The Outsiders - Batman, Geo-Force, Halo, Katana, Metamorpho and Black Lightning - while right margin has original art portraits of members of The New Teen Titans - Robin (Dick Grayson), Cyborg, Changeling (Beast Boy), Kid Flash (Wally West), Raven, Starfire, Wonder Girl (Donna Troy) and Terra; their names hand-lettered below each character.

While the team was led by Robin, its adventures were crafted by the capable hands of comic powerhouses Marv Wolfman and the late George Pérez. It was only natural that Wolfman and Pérez's teenage team would come to butt heads (and eventually team-up with) Mike Barr and Jim Aparo's team, led by Robin's former partner, Batman - The Outsiders. Each name below character portraits has been hand-lettered. Caption within art and "'Psimon Says...'" story title are also hand-lettered. Top margin has inked/stamped "Batman + Outsiders" title with inked issue/pages numbers and month of publication. Credit strip across bottom has been hand-lettered. Intro caption, title/logos and publishing indicia are pasted stats. Inked editorial notation at right notes "Halo - White Aura In Splash" coloring request. Bottom has been signed in blue ink by Barr and in black ink by Aparo. Bottom margin has glue staining as mounted to artboard. Back has DC Comics copyright inkstamp. Top right corner has been clipped.
