Item Description
11x14" sheet of art paper has original mixed media art of Superman stopping attack by masked men who shoot at him w/machined guns. Superman grabs tank's barrel as it explodes. This specialty art was done by Harry Roland (died June 21, 2009), who contributed some very familiar, iconic cover paintings for Warren Publications' "Famous Monsters Of Filmland" in the 1970s. Roland has signed at lower left. Exc. A beautifully rendered specialty piece w/superb color and detail. Franco Toscanini Collection.
