Item Description
2-3/8” tall. First is a brass very convex name plate for a bicycle. Shows baseball player running against a spoke design with text across the center “Brooklyn Dodger.” Small hole left and right for mounting. Probably c. 1930s and with only minor traces of tarnish. Second item is a 1.5” celluloid flip pin. A black cord allows the piece to be flipped up when it is being worn. Front of the piece reads “Root For The Dodgers ’42.” Reverse reads “Eat Enriched Tip-Top Bread/It’s Good For You.” Slight curve to the celluloid but essentially Mint. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
