Item Description
7" tall solid plaster statue features superb design showing full body image of Superman in classic pose w/hands on hips. 1940s, but no DC markings. Front of base has "Superman" name and between legs there is raised "Strength - Courage - Justice" text. Reminiscent of the bronze Superman statue featured on the cover to the May, 1942 issue of "Superman" #16. Repairs to neck break and front right corner, o/w structurally sound. Displays Fine. Very rare, one of only a few known. First we've offered in our 47 years.
