Item Description
Original cardboard mailer w/"Tom Mix" facsimile signature, brand and Ralston pattern contains 8" long 1936 Ralston premium painted wooden gun w/revolving cylinder (but gun is not designed to open). This is rarest variety w/printed "Tom Mix" facsimile signature and brand cardboard grips applied to wood as issued. Grips have scattered wear/soiling and are VG overall. Aside from grips, gun is o/w Fine w/some lt. scattered wear. Box shows typical wear from mailing and has even aging. Original typed label w/edge/corner tip wear. Fine. Comes w/3x5" typed paper apologizing for the lateness of the premium, noting a greater demand then anticipated and floods slowing arrival of supplies. Evenly aged w/scattered handling wear. Fine/VF. Rare w/box and paper, this is the first complete example we've offered of this version in our 47 years.
