Item Description
3.25" long by 3" tall tin litho three-dimensional mounted officer on horse on free-wheeling base. Made in Japan, 1920s. Platform base and spoked wheels mirror German penny toys of the period. Scattered wear w/some small nicks/scratches. Base shows more moderate wear. Fine overall.
