Item Description
11.25x17.25" thin Marvel Comics artboard has original pen and ink art for page 18 of Aug. 1993 issue of "Spider-Man Unlimited." Page features four panels, including great half-page splash featuring Mary Jane Watson and Peter Parker in costume as Spider-Man, his mask off. Story features Mary Jane being worried about Peter's safety and they kiss in last panel, MJ recalls her old "Face It, Tiger...You Hit The Jackpot" line. Panels have word balloon paste-overs, which have aged slightly. Art was for "The Hatred, The Horror, And The Hero!" storyline written by Tom DeFalco w/art by Spider-Man fan-favorites Mark Bagley and Ron Lim and inks by Sam de la Rosa and Jim Sanders III. Stamped title at top along w/handwritten issue/page number w/correction and editorial note at top in red felt tip pen. Exc.
