Item Description
11x17" thin cardboard sign promoting "The Amazing Spider-Man" daily strip that debuted in newspapers on Jan. 3, 1977. Sign has great full body image of Spider-Man and states "Coming Your Way Everyday In The Evening Sun And In Full Color In The Sunday Sun." The daily strip was first written by Spider-Man co-creator Stan Lee and illustrated by John Romita, Sr., who has provided the art used on this sign. Sign has even lt. aging and slight ripple. Scattered traces of edge wear w/.75" tear at upper left corner. Could be matted and framed for a VF display.
