7-7/8x9" page from "Big-Time Baseball" book has full page bw art image of legendary baseball infielder, manager and coach Rogers Hornsby. Page has been signed in black ink, Hornsby adding "1958" date. Hornsby played 23 seasons in MLB, playing for the St. Louis Cardinals (1915–1926, 1933), New York Giants (1927), Boston Braves (1928), Chicago Cubs (1929–1932), and the St. Louis Browns (1933–1937). Hornsby had 2,930 hits, 301 home runs, and a .358 batting average during his career; he was named the NL's MVP twice, and was a member of one World Series championship team. He was inducted into the Baseball HOF in 1942. Hornsby died of a heart attack in 1963. Left margin is slightly uneven as removed from book and page has vertical crease at center, but this does not affect signature. VF overall w/Exc. signature.
