Item Description
Glazed china pair. 3-3/8" tall handled cup and 6.5" dia. bowl. Made in England and part of a series by Wood & Sons Ltd. as marked on undersides. 1920s. © Pat Sullivan. Scarcer style, pair features same images as those of an English Felix postcard set of the period. Both feature same two images, one showing Felix asking female cat on fence "Will You Walk With Me?" while other scene shows them being chased by dog w/"Now Felix Keep On Walking" text. Additional small walking Felix image on inside of cup. Exc. From the Maurice Sendak Collection and comes with COA.
