Item Description
5" dia. tin litho w/clear plastic dome and built-in key has height of 2.75". 1960s by Ohta of Japan. Original box is complete w/cardboard insert and has some aging and lt. wear but remains clean and tight w/no splits. Edges have a few minor creases. Fine. Toy depicts saucer spacecraft w/tin litho astronaut pilot (three-dimensional head) under dome. Marked "Jupiter" on sides. Toy works and travels around as sparks are visible through a pair of transparent red covers on front. Tin body has a few scattered pinpoint paint nicks and dome has a few small scratches. Bright and glossy. VF.
